That is why this month we want to encourage our readers to consider being a mentor. Centenarians, people who live to 100, often share traits such as having a positive attitude and being adaptive to change. Another common characteristic is strong social relationships. I was at a sports seminar this weekend learning new applications and skills to better assists the injuries we often see at VFCHC.  It was a good weekend to attend, since it rained most of the time around here.
